USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This User License Agreement ('Agreement') is a legal contract between you ('User,' 'you,' or 'your') and Modystic.com ('Company,' 'we,' 'our,' or 'us'), located in Columbus, Ohio, Franklin County. This Agreement governs your use of the Modystic.com website (the 'Site') and any transactions made through it.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9. INDEMNIFICATION

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Franklin County, Ohio. By using the site, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

12. TERMINATION

  • Modystic.com may suspend or terminate your access to the site, with or without cause, at any time and without prior notice. In the event of termination, the terms of this agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall remain in effect.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

  • This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and any other terms and conditions referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Modystic.com regarding your use of the Site and purchases made through it.

By using the Modystic.com website and purchasing products from it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this User License Agreement.
